Who we are

We have been doing employment law from A to Z since 1993, ever since on a high level. A few years ago, we also added data protection as another discipline to our portfolio.

With our small but highly specialised unit, we are able to meet the needs of our clients for fast and flexible advice served by a well-coordinated team with strong team members.

What we do

We advise in all areas of individual and collective labour law (incl. the employment law of managing directors, board members, executives and freelancers) as well as data protection law.

Our labour law spectrum ranges from advising on daily HR business, drafting and continuously updating needs-based employment contracts, management and board contracts to developing and implementing modern working (time) models, complex restructuring measures, mass redundancies as well as negotiating and drafting works agreements and in-house collective agreements.

In data protection, we advise on all facets of data protection law.

We also act as external data protection officers for a number of companies and can proudly say that, inter alia, we are active as a voting member of the data protection board of one of the largest German retail and tourism groups. As a result, on the one hand, we are very familiar with the data protection requirements and challenges, even in large corporations. On the other hand, we are also very familiar with the (practical) needs of smaller and medium-size companies.

Our regular labour law workshops and newsletters as well as the law firm PELKA as a permanent cooperation partner for all tax and corporate law disciplines complete our range of services.

We have been advising and representing many of our clients for many years, some of them even since the early 1990s.

Weekly, we evaluate all new labour court rulings, essays and new laws/legislative proposals and thus are always up-to-date. We work in and as a team.

Since we place great emphasis on team spirit and due to our professional expertise, we can answer most questions arising in daily HR business directly on first call. Written confirmations by e-mail, initial assessments of the factual and legal situation of more extensive enquiries, warnings, notices of termination and the like are usually received by our clients within 24 hours.

We work in a target-oriented, needs-based and practical manner.

We give answers to questions without ifs and buts and without the subjunctive mood that is often used in the legal profession. And all of that in a language that is easy to understand and concise. If required, we can of course also provide expert opinions.

We simplify HR work by needs-based legal tech solutions.

For example, we develop tools that correctly calculate holiday entitlements in companies, taking into account the relevant labour/collective agreement holiday regulations in each case.

We impart knowledge.

It is important to us that we also pass on our knowledge to our clients' employees. We therefore consider the cooperation with our clients also as their further education.

We educate.

Our regular employment law newsletters and workshops on the practical treatment of employment law issues complete the further training of our clients, which is important to us.
